Do you have Accessible Rooms?

Yes, we have 2 x 2 bedroom accessible apartments, and 1 x 1 bedroom Ambulant Apartment.

Is the property step free?

Yes, we are 100% step free!

Is parking available?

Yes, we have free guest parking at the entry of our apartment.

Do you have EV charging on site?

Yes, we have 6 x apartments with EV chargers in their car park, available for an additional $30/night.

What type of EV Charger do you have?

We have NHP Delta Chargers in 6 x apartments. Please indicate with your booking as an ‘add on’ if you require one with your apartment.

Do the 2 bedroom apartments have their own ensuites?

Yes, all bedrooms have their own ensuites.

Do any of the rooms have baths in the ensuites?

Yes, 8 x apartments all have an ensuite with a deep soak bath.

Do you have a reception desk?

No we don’t. Our ethos is for you to have a contactless getaway, with self check in and check out using our guest portal.

I left something behind – what should I do?

Should you have forgotten anything during your stay, please call us as soon as possible for assistance.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check in is from 2pm and Check out is at 10am.

What if I have lost my booking details?

To find your booking details, click on the Guest Portal tab/link at the top of our website, enter your email you used for the booking and enter your guest portal. This will have all of your booking details in it, and once you set your portal up, this is where you will check-in to receive your Security Code for accessing your apartment.

Is smoking allowed at the property?

No, we are a totally smoke free property – inside and out. No smoking/e-cigarettes/vapes on the property and in the case of non-compliance, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee as per our T&Cs.

Do you offer room service or dining options?

While we do not offer traditional room service, our apartments are designed for self-catering. We provide a list of recommended local restaurants in the area in our online compendium.

Where are the apartments located?

Our luxury apartments are located at 35 Strickland Street, Clare, conveniently located 5 minutes from the Clare Main Street, Riesling Trail and not too far from local wineries.

What is your policy regarding cancellations?

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.

Do you have wifi for guests?

Absolutely, complimentary wifi is available in all apartments.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments to ensure the comfort of all guests.
